So you want to be a VJ?Awesome and welcome to the club!

In this workshop you will master essential VJ techniques and learn to create stunning visual performances using Resolume Avenue. We will run you through the basics and get you performing in no-time!

By the end of the workshop you'll be ready to run a small gig. No experience with VJ-ing, video editing, media art or stage engineering required!

During the workshop we work with small bite-sized parts of technical information followed by a practical bit where you get to experiment and play. We'll pump some tunes, flash some fancy visuals and have a good time.

The workshop will be hosted by Mark Buitenwerf(NL) from Resolume. Mark is the voice behind the Resolume YouTube Channel where Resolume frequently releases tutorials and updates. Besides being Resolume's "Tutorial-Guy", Mark is an accomplished media artist and VJ who has been in the game for over 10 years.

RequirementsYour own laptop with the latest version of Resolume Avenue installed (check system requirements).

License keys and a footage pack will be provided during the workshop.
