We'll explore noise vs. silence and everything in between, go through scores and be active listeners in different guided ways.

Brenda El Rayes (b.1993 Södertälje) is a Swedish composer and sound artist of Lebanese origin. El Rayes works with church music and electronic music, creating a fusion between them. She is interested in what makes us humans go into trance when we listen to music. Her electro-acoustic music is inspired by her Christian Lebanese background. She creates installation, multi channel pieces, pieces for choirs, performances, theater and film. Brenda is also a DJ and a sound engineer.
